Manufacturing process

A formal and thorough selection of raw materials is the first and essential step toward the manufacture of high quality brass stock.

Melting and casting yield the sized billet used for feeding into the extrusion equipment where the basic bars and shapes are produced. Further drawing and calibrating provides the dimensions and mechanical specifications required by each particular client or market.

The finishing stages include straightening, heat treatment, polishing and chamfering before the brass stock is delivered for sales

The availability of integrated and single unit manufacturing equipment allows the efficient production of combined short and long runs within certain parameters.
